Hi there - I am 53 and gained back all the weight I previously lost. Willing to try again becuae currently my weight just saddens me. Medical issues this past year have not helped - hoping this time it sticks. Happy to add anyone on this journey.

On the left - 262 pounds..start date 2/1/13 and on the right 199.8! 62.2 pounds lost taken approximately 4 weeks ago. I am currently at 65+ pounds gone.

Mine is truly something that inspired me but in also a silly way. My best friend and I are going on a Disney cruise soon. We want to ride the Aquaduck without looking like we shouldn't be :) I started my road trip 2/1/13 and as of today am just about at 60 pounds lost!

I just stay within my calories. I do not deny myself anything so I admit I do not eat clean all the time. I just make sure it fits. Keep moving! You have got this!

I have been on over 40 cruises from 3 days to 17 days in length - several different cruise lines and have enjoyed them all (even the Carnival ones!). All cruises have their pros/cons - research where you are going and the cruise line you want to take you there. You will have a great time!

A few weeks ago - I wrote in my blog this very question. I had lost 26 pounds which is 25% of my weight loss goal. The only people who had "noticed" were those who knew I was working on weight loss. You have done an amazing job on your weight loss! Set up your own personal competitions if that is what keeps you motivated - it can be anything. Drinking all your water daily to staying within your calories each week. Don't give up! You have acheived a lot and it's worth continuing your journey!
