i know, they just say whatever comes to mind! i love it! At first i was shocked & i have to admit for a split second i was a wee bit upset that to her i looked so old that i must be near death-but then i burst out laughing. all i could think to tell her was "i sure hope not!" i kept laughing and that started her giggling.…

oh boy. i have a good one.....Last week I was on vacation with extended family, just chillin' on the beach, when my cousin's 6 year old looked at me and said "you look old. Are you going to die soon?".
-
i think i am probably a standard issue. i've been working on a bubble for months and progress is slow, but i refuse to give up! time to go squat & thrust...
-
that is good stuff. i usually don't buy bottles or canned soda to keep at home, but at work when they offer free drinks i hit up the fountain soda machine. my favorite is diet barq's rootbeer. there is an option to add a vanilla flavor shot. yummy!
-
also did not know this. i've only seen hazelnut at Target. i want to try chocolate hazelnut!
-
it's probably my favorite. in fact, the last three times i bought talenti it was caramel apple pie. they better not discontinue it. EVER.
-
Sea salt caramel and caramel apple pie are my fav Talenti flavors. Never had the German Chocolate Cake (sadly it is not sold anywhere even remotely close to me) but i hear it is heavenly

yuuuuuummmmmy

out. i do not like surprises.

Marv talks to me when i'm in the shower, too! he gets excited because he knows that after i get out i will give him a "kitty bath" (i dampen a few paper towels with warm water & wipe him down. he loooves it. if i tried that with any of the other cats they would run)
-
aw. poor Lou i'm so sorry for your loss. :( Marv was up to 27.5lbs last year. i changed his diet and he dropped a few lbs but is still 24.5 lbs.
-
cuuuute! i'm curious, how massive? He looks big-boned like my Marvy (the black & white kitty in my profile pics). Marv is bigger than many of the dogs in the neighborhood (except the two collies across the street) and when he stretches out on the bed next to me i feel cramped for space
-
^ ermegawd, that all looks so good!

i really want to try this one day but i don't have a spring form pan. how tall do they get? Does anyone know if it is it possible to cut the recipe down and just bake it in a pie pan?
-
i have been too serious & kind of mopey today. so it felt really good to laugh.
-
 thanks, i really needed a chuckle today
-
me either.
-
wow. i see that the the force of insanely long gibberish posts is strong in you, and it has been unleashed upon the MFP forums.
-
hey, that's me! my primary workouts are strength training (right now i am doing 5/3/1/) and i usually eat anywhere from 1800-2200 calories a day (I probably average around 2000 a day). Other friends that lift & eat are always welcome :)
-
still trying to promote your powerful life force book, huh?
-
i work until 9pm-10PM a lot of nights, so for me around 1-2AM is reasonable. (although i have trouble settling down & getting to sleep, so some nights it's more like 3-4)
-
parasites? maggots? wth? why would anyone eat that? edit: btw, i was so curious about this i just had to google it. i think the cheese you are talking about is called "Casu Marzu". and they really do use maggots to make the cheese.

ok, so i stand by my previous post that the pickled baby octopus is the grossest tasting/feeling thing i have every chewed up & swallowed. but i have to say that mushrooms are a pretty close second. i gag every time i try one. the only ones i can sometimes tolerate are shiitake in a stir fry.

Several times recently i have taken a spontaneous nap in front of the t.v. or computer. I awake several hours later after the sun has gone down, and discover that i left the blinds up & the storm door unlocked. Leaving myself on full display for my neighbors & others to peep & creep on AND allowing anyone who pleases easy…

pickled baby octopus

agreed!
