I have a cousin that is very excited to lose weight because he seen my progress and he keeps asking me for advice on what to do. So yesterday he asked me... "but without milk and eggs how am I going to eat breakfast?" Lol the funny thing is that he was being serious.

The best and most affordable juicer that can also be used commercially is the Omega j8004. Don't take my word for it. Read the reviews on Amazon.

I have a really good book called the juicing bible. I highly recommend it.

Decaffeinated green tea does not have all the benefits. Some of the polyphenols are removed during the process. But overall it's still very healthy to drink decaffeinated green tea, for people with high blood pressure or religious purposes that would be the best option.

Only thing I would disagree with is the no caffeinated tea. Green tea has caffeine and it helps burn a lot of fat.

I wouldn't consider my everyday diet a "fast". But if you call the Daniel fast a fast then I'm on a fast for the rest of my life lol. Started about 3 months ago.
