I run 6 times a week and covering any distance between 8 - 12 miles per day Nov week 1 = 54 miles completed Nov week 2 = 52 miles completed Nov week 3 = 37 miles completed, still have 31 miles to complete between Friday - Sunday Nov week 4 plan = 9 miles X 6 times a week = 54miles
