Fat is only good if you arent eating carbs too, otherwise you shoukd try to stick to the 40g or less. I was paleo for a while so I know what its like to be anti 'low fat' products but if youre eating carbs id suggest just eating the leanest cuts of meat, skim milk, low fat yoghurt etc and if you have eggs maybe one yolk…
