I'm going to give this another try, starting tonight. I tried before last year & gave up on day 3. Kicking myself now, as I have since gained more weight, and I SO wished i'd kept at it! Feel free to friend me, I need (& will give) all the motivation i can for fellow shredders :-)

I am in! I managed 2 days of this earlier this year, but literally couldn't walk the day after as i was so unfit and i ached like crazy!! Looking forward to making a fresh start in the New year :-)
