Not sure what the 10RM test is. My partner has set this routine up for me. I just finished my first day and I would have to say so far so good. It is challenging and fun. I think I will keep it up although my arms are fatigued right now.

Hello all, I have been on MFP since January 2013. I have lost 18 pounds so far and I am looking to loose another 12 or so more. I have been doing lots and lots of cardio (Turbo Fire). I plan on starting All Pro beginner weight lifting routine starting on Tuesday. While I still hope to loose the extra pounds I also want to…

I can totally empathise with you I've been there myself. Depression can be totally debilitating and the simplest things in life may seem insurmountable. I would recommend you go see your family doctor. Sometimes it can be something as simple as a B12 deficiency. If not, if you've been feeling depressed for a long time…

The scale and I have this love/hate relationship. I believe if you are going to weigh yourself only do it once every couple of weeks. I use the measuring tape it is way more accurate. Your clothes don't lie. If they are getting loose then you are losing weight.

I record everything every day. Otherwise what's the point. I would only be lying to myself.

I am 43, not sure when that happened! I am one daily and share my food diary to my friends I also exercise six days a week. I am a good motivator and I am always looking for others to keep me motivated.

Any one of you can add me. I've been on MFP for a couple of months. I have lost 12lbs and have another 10 -15 lbs to go. I eat clean 99% of the time and I exercise 6 days a week. I am a good motivator and I am always looking for others to keep me motivated.

You are an inspiration. Keep up the great work. You look fantastic!!

I eat clean 99% of the time and I workout 6 days a week. My diary is open to friends and I am open to having new friends to motivate and be motivated.

There is no scientific/medical support for "cleanses". Your body does this for you already :) Spare yourself the sick cayenne juice and just drink lots of water and eat lots of nutritious, fresh foods :) ^this

Weighing and measuring my food intake. It makes me accountable and honest with myself everyday

You can add me. I am on daily

I've been doing Turbo Fire for about four weeks. It is fun and a great way to burn calories. I don't follow the meal plan but I eat clean. Can add me as a friend and I will motivate you.

I think this is a great idea!!!! For February: 1. I will work out at least 5 times a week 2. stay below my caloric intake daily 3. Lose at least 2lbs 4. continue on the 100 push up challenge
