  • 150 to lose.....i am 39, 25 down so far. Drinking tons of water and walking....mfp holds me accountable about what i eat. Good luck! You got this :-)
  • The Mummy Ride at Universal...too fat to fit. I.will.be.on.that.ride. Even if I have to eat lettuce and hummus for the rest of my days! Oh yeah, and to be here longer and have less stress :-)
  • i am fortunate to have a gym/showers at my job and I also get up and walk at 7am....i've went up and down my steps in my basement and wall pushups as well as squats/burpees. Get it in where you can fit it in. Don't take elevators, park farther away at work, do calf raises and stretch your muscles......these things add up.
  • I am here, struggling to lose. 30 days in and 17 pounds down!!! We can do this :-)

  • how many calories are u supposed to eat? I found that you have to put your activity level in your profile ate sedentary and make sure you "eat" your excersize calories. If you are too far under your daily calorie intake, your body will hold onto the fat because it thinks you are starving and it will make it harder for you…
