i quit the week after i started on MFP and in that first month i still lost 12 lbs :) I would say quit right now because the longer you wait the harder it is.

Its not always a case of eat less calories and exercise more that is going to work. If you are not eating enough calories for the amount that you are burning off in the day your body slows down the metabolism to save energy. So if you work out quite a bit, you need to eat more.

Today I FELT like going for a walk AFTER my workout. I am gaining energy finally and my clothes are beginning to get loose!

When I first started MFP my goals were set too low as to what i was actually doing for exercise so my calorie intake they were giving me was way wrong. So for the first 2 weeks i was starving and very grumpy.

I decided to give up smoking but i always work in foods i want into my calorie goal for the day! Im 5'11.5 and when i was smaller I was able to get into a size 11 jeans. Hope that gives you some hope!

i just started level 2 yesterday! I do it on Monday Tuesday i take wednesday to do something different then i go thursday friday saturday and do something different on sunday! I love it! i feel so much stronger than i used to be!
