I guess it depends on your body. My menstrual cycle has not disrupted my weight loss, I hear this a lot though. It never makes sense to me.

All-in Pedometer is great. The free and the paid app. I've been using it for a month now and it's helped me track walking all through out the day. But it will use up a lot of battery power.

I've never had this problem much, and I'm kinda lazy with my hair. I usually wear braids a lot. I would wear a headband at times. Or I would completely wrap my head in scarf. I know a lot of Black women that do the same.

I can now do push-ups without using my knees. Finally! But I can only do 3 at a time. When I did the modified pushups I could do 10. But the more I practice, I know I'll be able to do more than just three.

It depends. Even though I'm on a 1290 caloric goal, I eat about 1400-1600 a day and burn the remaining cals with exercise. Normally I don't eat them back. But I'm lightly active anyway, so I rarely burn a lot unless I'm eating something high in calories. I also haven't had a problem losing about 2lbs a week doing this.

Congrats to everyone who reached their goal. 7/1: 186 7/8: 184 7/15: 182 7/22: 180 7/29: I guess I can say I reached my goal this week, because lose 2lbs a week, overall loss being: 6lbs. This challenge was great, it helped me stay on track. I still look forward to next week. Good luck everyone.

I have my dinner late. The earliest is 8p, but I usually have my last meal at somewhere between 10pm and Midnight. I haven't had a problem losing weight this way also. It's really what you're eating, not the time.

I check the scale every 4 or 5 days. A week doesn't go by without me checking at least once. Sometimes I checked and it stayed the same, but I have to check because I want to see my progress. When there is no change, I just push myself harder.
