Despite what this site is for, you won't always find the advice you're seeking. Weight loss is personal, that's why some of these discussions can get heated quick. Any who, you're going to learn from your mistake. You slipped for one day, not a week/month. Good luck with everything.

I'm sure everyone's body reacts differently; be it strength or cardio, as well as individual preferences. Interesting information nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

I recently gained an interest in this after viewing this link: http://greatist.com/health/the-ultimate-guide-to-eating-paleo-022012/ It mentioned something about clarified butter.

It would make no sense for me to date someone shorter than me. I'm like 5'11". No discrimination on my part because most guys under my height are looking for someone shorter. It seems natural. Women tend to prefer men who are taller than them, and men tend to prefer women who are shorter than them.

Exercise, remind myself that there are people who are experiencing worse, do a favorite hobby (read/cooking/dance). And try not to think about what's stressing me too much.

People change. But those who know themselves very well are usually the ones to stick to their choices. Such as myself. I'm 23 and I have no problem admitting that I'm selfish, but that doesn't even begin to cover the many reasons I don't want children. Sometimes I keep this to myself because people find offense no matter…

I'm 5'11'' and right now I'm stuck in between 177-179. My current goal is 165, but my ultimate goal is 159.

I work out everyday. Circuit training and walking/jog for 6 days a week. And one day out of the week, I'll just do walking and/or running.

Ice Tea is not a food, but its probably the only thing I can't resist. I try to drink at least one serving to ease temptation.

Yup. I thought my itching would never go away, but it eventually did. Bodies are weird lol

Yeah, you're not alone. I had this problem before, when I first started working out. And I know it was mostly because I was sweating (a lot) and stretching parts of my body that I never used to before. Try stretching a bit longer before and after a workout and see? or continue to keep active so your body grows accustomed…

Try sugar-free pudding (chocolate or vanilla) 80 cals a serving.
