Log all of it. It's natural sugar, unless you have to stay away from sugar for health reasons, you shouldn't really worry, also, those are the good carbs. In my opinion, I think WW is wrong in saying not count fruits and veggies, you should count everything.

Lot's of great advice here. I wanted to add something about the water before meals. If you drink a glass of water right before you eat, your tummy is more full when you DO sit down to eat, you can eat less. I have tried it, and it's working well.

Congrats! I stopped using my CPAP after I lost my first 100lbs. I still need to lose another, but I don't wake up gasping for breath as if I am drowning anymore. After my first sleep study, my doctor said my levels were so low, I could have had a stroke at anytime. Great job!

I have two from this weekend! I moved from one house to another for 4 days, amd I was able to keep going all day! Also, sitting on steps to eat breakfast, I actually have a lap to set my plate on!!

It's basically prepackaged foods, and larger portions. People want to think they are getting their monies worth. If you go to one of those big chain restaurants and really look around, you will see that most of the meals come out on two plates! Bump to watch later.

I never use lemon in mine. But fresh garlic and cumin are key. The basics I use is chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. I use canned chickpeas, and hold onto the water they are packed in to use as a thinner instead of plan water so you still have the flavor. I see a lot of great recipes here,…

You're doing great so far! You are moving, and eating better, as you see that's a great start! Just make sure you do take pictures along the way. You be happy you did. I just started using them. I made black beans and put 2tbls in the sauce pan and let it all simmer for about 10 minutes. The seeds just disappeared and the beans were thickened. It was good.
