As a matter of fact, I am having it with lunch today. Here is what I love to do: Sliced tomato on a plate, then add sliced avocado on top, then the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with pepper and sunflower seeds. YUM!! I cut bits with a knife like I'm eating steak, lol. Damn, lunch, hurry up!

Avocados, you either hate them or love them. There is no inbetween. I love love them. Anyone looking at my diary can see that! LOL. But, don't force yourself if you don't enjoy it. You can get the same nutrients somewhere else. Can I have the rest of that avocado? :love:

They are there as grams and oz. If not, I add them myself. I weigh everything. If you like, look at my diary, and you will see my avocado is by gram, and so is my apple. I don't weigh my bananas.

Yes, I agree with them. Add it to the data base. I have to do that many times when the serving is only in cup form. I measure everything by gram or oz, so I re-add it as grams.
