I usually eat two or three (that's a quarter of my plate), if i eat them. I'm more into rice.

I don't work out in the morning but i bike to class. I just eat cereal, or yogurt, or a pancake, or eggs, or a sandwich... You can eat anything, really.

I don't really do that a lot, except for greek yogurt and eggs. I love eggs, but once i eat a second one in one day i suddenly feel the need to puke. My dad eats oysters for health benefits, ew... But there's enough of healthy food i like, so, no need to eat disgusting things.

Beans, meat replacements. How can you be bored of meat? Just eat it like less times a week. You don't have to eat it everyday.

When i was just about a teenager - not a teenager i started playing more games inside instead of playing football etc outside with my friends. I also developed a bigger love for cookies.

If losing weight won't hurt you and will make you feel better, do it. You don't look horrible to me, though. However, some people would consider you 'bigger' and your bmi is in the overweight range. Happened to me. I held on about 6 months without having a single binge, tried to recover and the binges came. I overcame it by trying to eat more everyday while still staying in my food comfort zone. I am apparently 20% smaller. It says i am similar to the first one model. I don't quite believe it. They haven't seen my monster truck legs. It didn't have my hip measurements though, and i am short.

Tomato soup and baguette slices with garlic and olive oil. Why? Because i had to. I feel a little sick now though, i'm full haha :). It was delicious, i want to eat this again, but in a smaller portion.

I think it doesn't help, you can't even know because they changed TWO THINGS, they gave injections and they changed the diets of the test subjects so it's basically impossible to say if it was because of the injections. There is no medicine against obesity because it's not an illness, it can be solved with a healthy diet…
