I can wear my mom's 36 size pants, while my own pants are like what, 40 to 42? And sometimes i get really sad when i see something cute but they don't have my size ;(. And i'm only 2 kg overweight.

Adding you, i'm a little over 157 and my goal is 55/50 kg. Depending on what i end up looking like when reached my goal weight! And losing like, 5 kg's would seem reasonable, right? I don't know how fast you lose.

When i start eating a lot of things suddenly, without stopping even though i'm not hungry, even full. Whether it be 500 or 1000 calories, i still call it a binge. I remember when i thought a sandwich with cheese was a binge... sigh.

I ask my family for smaller clothes to motivate myself to eat healthier. I can spend 10 minutes just looking at myself in the mirror T_T Sometimes i step off of my bicycle and walk a couple of minutes, getting on it later again while going to my destination - i get tired easily. I ALWAYS HAVE THE WIND IN MY FACE.

I have martial arts, competition and sparring once a week and technique once a week. I totally feel you! I just make a pony tail or two braids behind my head and use hairpins and clips to keep it from moving. Multiple rubber bands are essential. Tbh i think that there are reasons youre not allowed to eat at your desk, especially as a doctor. Eat during lunchbreaks i'd say rather than sneaking around or talk with your supervisor.
