Monday and friday: one hour bicycle + 1,5 hours martial arts both of those days tuesday till thursday: one hour bicycle everyday Then i might or might not do anything in the weekends.. My bicycle sessions are mostly split in two of 30 minutes, both riding about 7 km far, im guessing. Martial arts arent split.

I totally have. When i was a child i like never walked, my school was around the corner... Yeah. And then i got a dog and my dad also decided we should take walks. And with the dog i took LONG walks xD(+ i got lost sometimes..). And i lost weight by doing that.

Chocolate, ice cream, iced coffee, bread with nutella and peanut butter, cake, candy... Cheese, man i miss cheese. And spareribs with the sauce and everything.

Thanks xD. I was just wondering since my friends talk about them. They use this brand from my local store called Kruidvat and it literally says 'slimming pil'. The back describes thats its a mix of spices that will help you lose or something..

same here.. always like: "you're so fat, stop eating, we're throwing the food OUT, we just want you to be healthy" yet they set up a 350 cal breakfast up, while that doesn't even fit in my stomach?
