Sounds like you only want people to comment who agree with you. I agree with the first commenter. You want to just do things your way, but you are at a standstill? You won't get anywhere unless you try other things, esp if YOUR way isn't working anymore.

I swear by my HRM. Esp when on a nutrition plan like Weight watchers or MFP. It really helps when figuring out your workout calories so I know not to under or over eat. I have a Polar F6 I think...which has been discontinued, but I found mine on Ebay.

Bed is usually by 10 or 11. Alarm goes off at 6:30 but I stroll out of bed around 7.

I always forget about not eating "diet" foods when I need more cals. Thanks for the reminder.

I guess that is how I wanted to word it. What foods should I incorporate that are high in calories, but healthy for me? I like almonds- I will look into that as well. Thank you.

It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder. (S.A.D. <go figure>) I have it. I just want to cry and sleep lately. (mine is worse this year than it has been in a while) They make sunlamps to help get extra UV rays in the months of shorter days. If you have any questions, message me. I may be able to help.

Glute bridges severely HELPED my lower back pain. I still do them to keep the pain at bay.

I haven't been on long, but a lot of the friends I have I knew before joining from WW. We all kind of migrated over here. I haven't gotten many friend requests from here though.

I've burned over 2000 a day a few times...hiking for hours with very minimal breaks. It's fun and doesn't feel like a workout. I wore my Polar F6 to gauge it.
