Usually I am a bit more lax on weekends than I am during the week. I still log everything I eat, even if it's over calories. This weekend was an example. I had a few beers Friday night at a party with some pastas and breads and last night had pizza. I'd go crazy if I didn't allow these things every so often.

I like drinking the Arizona Diet green tea. I have a few glasses per week. No benefits, but I enjoy it.

To be under 230. I was 233 last Tues but with the alcohol I drank on Friday and a rough weekend, I'm seeing a gain on my scale hop.

I weigh daily, but only record it Tuesday mornings. I don't see the point of recording it everyday knowing that weight fluctuates so much, but hey, if it works for you, go for it.

This is how I view it as well. If I happen to burn calories, then so be it...but I'm not logging it.

I started to get pains in my foot/heel but was never diagnosed. A few weeks of rolling it on a frozen water bottle and sitting on the floor with a bath towel, wrap the middle around the ball of your foot and pull toward you. It hurts, but it hurts so good. I haven't had pain since. knock on wood.

Leslie Sansone DVD's are really great. I have a few of them and will use them for some light activity, or any activity for that matter. She is a bit religious, but I didn't notice it until someone pointed it out to me. She incorporates arms and core work as well and you don't need a big area to workout in so for my 1…

I've been dying to try TRX. I heard it's a killer workout! A gym by me has a TRX/kettlebell class but it's $20 a session.
