Today I completed L3 D2. I must have been really comfortable with level two because level three is killing me! I can't figure out if it is super intense or if my body needs a rest day. Either way...D2 of L3 completed!

I think this is about right, or at least it was for me. I have a med/large frame and when I was 134 I wore a 7/8. I currently weigh 165 and I wear a 12/13...my thighs are huge though!
