I love quest bars they are . Low carb and full of fiber. I say low carb it, when I stay away from carbs I have will power. Spring is close so keep yourself focused on looking hot this summer. How about trying a new exercise class I love zumba. Good luck! :smile:

I love lite and fit greek yogurt 80 calories so yummy all flavors. I also love miracle noodles 0 calories just add low sugar tomatoes sauce and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. :smile:

Hi I just started a week ago but am a serial dieter I love to exercise and eat healthy 90% of the time and 10% junk . I finally see the light on tracking.
