I just keep a look out for the foundation logo  when I'm shopping those foods are usually very healthy and can be found at all the large realtors.

40/40/20 in my opinion isn't very dangerous, it all depends on ones goal. If you're a runner you probably want more carbs, if you want to build muscle you're protein intake will be more important. I find sticking to the 20% fat difficult so mine is set to 25% to each his own. The link you suggested from bb uses a 45/35/20…

Great video and funny as hell. Where was this video when I started? I never knew the amount of Fiber needed, I always went over my 15 g that MFP suggested. Awesome vid, can't wait for the sequel?

I suggest upping your water intake, and try to replace the energy bar with a healthier alternative. And this is sound advice below.

From now on I will be calling my husky this. Watch the show, have yet to read the books but will get there! I also have the most unrelenting energetic German Shepard.

You don't have to get the app as it cost a few bucks, you can get the program on this site http://www.c25k.com/. There you can read up on the program and even download podcast.

The C25K program is great, but it is a continues half hour exercise, if you are feeling faint after 5 minutes you might struggle with this. The alternative is walking a comfortable time and increase your time by 10% each week and then around the 4 week mark start adding 10 minutes jogging and then increase this by 10 %…

First Time attempting a challenge, I am beginning to exercise following the C25K program. Have to work extra hard on the running days since every other day is weights day.

From what country are you, season vary according to location. My summer is ending currently. Give a time range instead of a seasonal one. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

That is a broad assumption to make based on the fact that you only waited a half hour for a reply. Considering the time most may also be asleep, ever consider that? Talk to your PT, communication is the first key to solving problems.

Great post. I have lost a cinder block. Printing this and putting it on my fridge.

How accurate is this site. it gives me about 3000 calories and that is when I sleep 18 hours. This sounds a bit to much.

I have read that an incline of 1% simulates the road pretty accurately. Agh can't find the link now but will keep looking,

He is probably copying you, in hope that he will get great abs like yours.

Agree with most of the replies. One common one that I haven't seen is that you cant eat fat, or else you will become fat. Seriously every diet should contain fat.

I have found my body fat % scale pretty accurate in comparison to the skin fold calipers method. Even though some scales aren't that accurate focus on the trend of your body fat %. Started at : 295 pounds 56% BFP 31% Hydration 24% Body Muscle 10.5% Bone. Down 8% in BFP.

I have lost 22 pounds, and no one has commented. Except those that I told I am dieting.

Go for the Just Sweat, the routines are focused to use your body overall. Plus the rest times are smaller and keeps up your heart rate. I disagree with Tundy about the calorie accuracy that differs from person to person. I build up a Hugh sweat from 10min and will burn a lot more than a fitt person. Good Luck and wait for…

First note that I never said that MFP was wrong, MFP calculates your calorie goal based on how quickly you want to lose weight. Ex. Mine was 2000 calories meaning if I had a net calorie of 2000 I would have a 750 calorie deficit, equaling 1.5 pounds per week. But if I exercised and lost 250 calories and did NOT eat it back…

I am a bit skeptical, did the research and only the minority of the science community believe this. My theory is that to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat, right? What is our fat, it is energy that has been stored. So if we burn all the calories we ate and we need energy are body will get it from our…

I make sure I reach the 1200 calories, but I understand your problem. Usually I fill up on fruit to make sure I reach that bare min. And for those doubters, it is possible to find yourself full on 1200 calories even though your overweight. I got overweight by eating kfc every day and drinking more than 2 liters of…
