Completed in a healthy manner (Not skipping juices, adding fats when short, taking fiber supplements) with measurable increased health statistics (in my case... juicing helped my blood pressure lower, completely eliminated my recurring back spasms, acid reflux disappeared and required no further treatment, etc).

Since my story didn't do it, lets try some fun facts. 1. I don't use microwaves... Except for when I do. 2. I have dogs and I've taught them to talk in ways that are similar to humans. 3. My greatest fear: being too great for the world to understand... And snakes. 4. I have 71 pairs of sneakers.

If a baby fails at walking 100 times do you give up on it? NO! Keep rockin and adjust your approach! You're good and keep a smile on your face while you do it. Have faith in yourself.

I've done multiple juicing reboots, all successful and all helpful for many parts of my health. Be careful on here though, people will jump on here and destroy you for it with their scare tactics. If you want any specific help, feel free to message me.

I made a playlist specifically for working out. I bought some new workout clothes/shoes I made a list of reasons on why I should change my…

I was a binge eater for most of my life. Here's what worked for me: 1.I gave myself a 3 week timeline to slowly decrease my food intake when a trigger would come up. By the end of the 3 weeks, if it wasn't meal time, I had completely changed my binging problem to a need for a glass of water. 2. Eat enough food throughout…

This is very helpful, thank you.

Put both feet into this decision. You would not let a child stop trying to walk if they failed too many times, you'd keep trying to figure out what works. Plain and simple.

Could not have been said better by anyone.

Why would you care? Its a great way to get some color, and its a confidence booster, in my opinion.

Posture is a main concern of mine. I'd like to work towards much better posture with this. Thank all of you for your quick and effective responses, and the similar alternatives that were offered.
