Stick with the food logging. You can never know exactly what you eat unless you log. I also find the boards nasty and full of misinformation more than helpful however, I do like to be here to encourage others. Good luck to you!

I find this entire thread to be negative and de-motivating. I feel bad for the people who just started and have lower self-esteem but are out there making an effort only to know now that they are being judged by others. Un-frigging-real. You all must be so amazing.

I use the BMF link armband too... I use the app on my phone to get live updates on what I'm doing at that moment and for the entire day. It also monitors your sleep and you can link it into your MFP food diary. I use it every day. I absolutely love it!

I used to get headaches when I'd start a new diet. I believe it was from sugar withdrawal. Sometimes healthy changes can have initial negative symptoms. Just keep with it. Your body will adjust and you'll feel awesome... :-)

There are no set rules or anything but I'm thinking more of a rest over a 24 hour period. If you're totally strapped for time and split up your workout, you are still working out the same day. Just a thought.
