did you lose the weight shown on your site- by following the "calorie" diet? Just curious. I put everything into my profile and it states i need to eat 1450 calories a day and excercise 4 times a week (my choice) to lose 1.5 a week--and while im not strictly eating carrots and celery- i AM staying within my calorie range…
