This might sound boring but I sautéed ground turkey with onions and drizzled it with siracha and braggs liquid aminos and ate it over brown rice. It was soooo simple but yummy ...my daughter even said it was good.

These are some of the items that I eat....Black Bean burgers, cottage cheese and pineapple or strawberries with a little splenda, laughing c ow cheese and 34 degrees crackers, tomato soup with cheeze it crackers, shrimp rolled in rice paper with carrots, cucumbers and Sriracha , shrimp with cocktail sauce, pb2 and sugar…

I just finished week three. My diet hasn't been perfect either but I'm giving it my all during the workouts and that's an accomplishment in itself because it is flippin hard LOL

I forgot to add that 30DS helped my endurance so much that now I'm doing insanity and I'm actually surving lol

I really loved 30DS! It really helped my flexibility and endurance. Don't stop the video until you've done the post workout stretching. You will be surpised how limber you become. Also, don't be discouraged if you don't lose a ton of weight. I didn't lose much but everyone at work is noticing my figure changing.

I cheat at least a few times a week. I consider it cheating when i don't pay attention to my portions or when i eat something that I do not know the calorie count of. I also consider drinking soda or any drinks with calories cheating regardless of if it fits into my daily calorie count. If I eat a a small dessert and log…

I'm on Level 3 - Day 1....it was tough. I'm very petite and only burned 120 calories....but I didn't go at it full force because my knee was a little sore. During the first two levels I usually burned between 120-140 according to my Polar HRM.

Chicken salad.....add lemon juice, little mayo, halved red grapes, celery and slivered almonds.

I do the same thing all the time! I also find myself doing a lot of late night/early morning snacking. I'm also very petite so i know how those few extra pounds can be such a pain. Feel free to add me : )

Spinach flavored tortilla, filled with cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce, and chicken ( precooked in deli section) and drizzle with a little honey mustard. I like it spicy so I add a little sriracha too. Sorry not exactly kid friendly.

I love an apple or banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter, laughing cow cheese wedge(comes in many flavors) with a few crackers, string cheese, cottage cheese with sugar free jelly, blackberries, and strawberries.

I wear a Polar HRM and I only burn about 119 when doing level 1 and about 140 during level 2. I am a very petite girl so that has an affect on it also.
