I have a heart rate monitor, but I don't find it effective. I think it tells me I am burning off a load more calories than I think I am.

I have the Polar FT4 and I really like it! Its easy to use and looks good. The chest strap is really comfortable too!

Hey girl, I usually have a soup for lunch. They are never usually more than 200 calories and they fill me up for ages. Then that means I have have a bigger dinner if I like :)

What sports do you do with it? I know a lot of HRM will only work for walking/jogging but I rollerblade...
