I have chosen to keep track of my: Calories Carbs Fat Sat Fat Protein Sugar and I cannot put any more in. But, I am wondering if I should change sugar for sodium instead? What does everyone keep track of? And also whats worse for you? Too much sugar or too much salt?

Diet Coke
Hey, I used to drink Dr.Pepper and Regular (Fat) Coke and enjoyed it. So, I was thinking I could switch this to the odd can of diet Coke. But, I have seen that a lot of you guys have given up diet Coke. I can't understand why (its got about 4 calories)..... Am I missing something? :)
