Weighing more during TOM?

Hey,
Is it normal to weigh more during your TOM? I haven't been snacking or anything like that but I am bloated and the scales are saying I am 2 lbs up.

Yes, this is normal - I gain anything up to 5-6lbs each TOM (
I also find my cravings go through the roof the week before TOM, just part of being a woman!!! GRRRR0 -

Yup it's normal. I usually gain 3-4 lbs and occasionally 4-6 lbs during this period, grrrrr... very frustrating. :grumble:
And speaking of cravings ......... my cravings go through the roof the week before TOM as well, it is insane! I can't stop eating, chewing away all day like a cow lol! :blushing:0 -

Oh ok - I feel much better, I am not snacking now but last week I couldnt stop myself, it was like I was possessed!0

In a way TOM is like your friendly (sometimes unfortunate) visiter and you need to make sure you are hospitable and make sure there are yummy snacks and appropriate beverages to welcome this...visitor! So, yeah when TOM comes to town, i need to have everything prepared before arrival or i turn into a different person. So I know i gain mostly water weight, but it doesnt excuse the fact i'll eat a pint of Ben and jerry's ice cream and crave that mexican or italian food or anything CHEEESY! (my down fall is Cheese and Icecream ) i gain between 2-6 pounds a month. BOOOO!, lol0
