I had the same thing happen to me. Twice! You can only cook scrambled eggs in the microwave. 5 seconds at a time unless you have some device made for that purpose. I'd stick to boiling water.

I do the portion control but watch the processed foods especially sugar, fruits are fine in the right portion and tons of raw, grilled or roasted veggies with any herbs, spices and sprinkle of olive oil. Egg white omelet. If you have any leftover veggies or frozen. Saute them and add 2 egg whites. Not a lot of calories and very filling. Even if you go over a little it's not bad. Better then grabbing junk.
