You can definitely do the big red lips beautifully! It takes confidence. And I see you just miiiight be a runner from the picture on your ticker. Both things I aspire to do. Kudos!

I had sore swollen breasts and I cried at an ASPCA commercial (I'm not an animal lover - or hater - just usually ambivalent). Anywho - inquiring minds want to KNOW, are you or aren't you?

My picture was a balloon until I lost some weight. I just didn't like pictures of my face until I slimmed down a little. It's totally up to you.

I've lost 83 pounds (240-157) and I still have some flab (especially my "mommy pouch" from 2 babies and NO restraint concerning my diet when pregnant) It's getting smaller but I'll always have awful stretch marks so no bikini for me. My arms & legs are smaller and I have almost no loose skin, just some extra fat that I'm…

This! And the fact that I should do at least two loads a day...that's several squats/lunges/rows etc. I don't do. Anything to burn these damn calories. Kudos to you for coming up with it! Busy moms unite! (Ps - I do work out in other ways of course, but this would make an otherwise deathly boring and avoidable-at-all-costs…

You were gorgeous even in the "before" - but your smiles look bigger in the "after" pics. Keep it up! You're an inspiration!

I am going to HAVE to buy some new clothes! So maybe when I hit my goal (only 11 pounds away) I'll do that. Short-term? Hmmmm...I might just go get my skinny iced coffee by MYSELF (no kids allowed) when I get to 155 (TWO pounds away)...mmmm-mmmm! :-)

Maybe hold off, have a glass of water (what are those infamous water coolers for anyway?!) then get a lower calorie version or just 2 squares of dark chocolate? Just an idea. I totally get it! Edit: I haven't broken the cycle of "wanting to" just the actual "doing". It's willpower and it's HARD!

I saw noticeable changes to my belly after a month - 15 pounds and others noticed at 30 pounds (5 months) my face kept getting more and more defined...now I have cheekbones! The popular saying seems to be you notice at 2 weeks, others notice at 4-6 weeks. IF you're sticking to it. Edit: I had about 90-100 pounds to lose.

Even if you don't get back to normal right away - don't quit! Just remember that it's ok - we alllll have problems with TOM and get through it. Even if you eat 3000+ calories, log it and know it'll be better next week. :-) good luck with your recovery too! Also, I try to hold off for at least 10 minutes and drink a glass…

Yum! Definitely going to try - I do NOT like that "fishy flavor"!

How about "Women who would LOVE to be 36x27x37"? Lol - I'm 5'6" and would like to be there but my boobies say no. :-( currently measuring 41x31x39. It will get better! I'm sure you look lovely, not overweight!

You sound fun! Add me! I actually started my first *real* competitive challenge TODAY - you can join us in the group "Skinny Summer *****es" - we're doing a points thing and it's going to be really fun (and helpful). Or if you don't want to do that, just add me and we can be best friends! :-P (PS - my kids were amazed when…

1/6/13 -160 1/13/13 -158.6 Woot! Loss - 1.4 (right? Math's not my strong point)

Nuts, string cheese, beef jerky (yuck personally), cottage cheese, tuna, beans, Greek yogurt...I guess you'd need a fridge for the cheese and yogurt but that might get you started anywho. I'm following this too for information about high protein foods! Good luck!

No! I just read an article about starvation mode being BS and it was very informative. Just search "starvation mode" and "horse****" on Google and you'll probably find it. My advice? Make absolutely sure your calorie counts are correct (not overestimating burn or underestimating intake) and, most importantly, DON'T give…

Don't forget water! It helps prevent stuffing myself if I have a glass BEFORE and a glass WITH each meal. Kudos for realizing the worth of healthy eating/regular exercise so young! :-)
-
Holy cow! You are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your story and your beautiful family! It takes so much courage to post those "before" photos. Kudos! You are a beautiful woman!

Just started Blogilates and I loooove it! Not too terribly difficult and she's so encouraging AND there is a TON of variety. Tons!
-
I wrote on your wall...check out the "points" thread. :-) looks fun!
-
Oh my! This sounds fun and TOTALLY doable! So is Keriac22 keeping track of total points? Do we just message you each Sunday? I just want to get the specifics so I don't slack off because I'm not sure what to do. :-) excited!!!

Wow! Just wow! Awesome! I'm looking to lose my last 15 now too - i get discouraged when it's soooo slow but your slideshow reminded me how far I've come. 100 pounds make a HUGE difference. I'll be nearly to 100 lost by the time I get to my goal. Amazing. Great job and thanks for sharing. :-)

I log while I'm making stuff, sometimes before I start - when I get an idea and don't know if it's the greatest one - but I try not to log after because I still get little surprises here and there and go over. Ugh.

We went to a rock concert (actually two) and saw Otherwise, Papa Roach and Stone Sour (GREAT show). While there, I actually put on makeup and fixed my hair. I felt pretty awesome. My hubby commented on how much he liked when I fixed myself up. I realized I hadn't been doing anything to myself - looking sloppy all the time…

I drink my coffee with Splenda and 2 percent milk at home. Not too shabby. In the afternoons (about once a week) I'll get an iced vanilla coffee from McDonalds (oh the horror) with sugar free vanilla and non fat milk. *i think* it is delicious! Edit: if I remember right, it's 60-70 calories for a 20 oz.

I looooove pumpkin seeds. 58 seeds equal 140 calories and total satisfaction on my part.

Kate Winslet? I don't know about it...

I went off MFP before thanksgiving (ahhhh!) and throughout the two months was terrified to weigh myself - however I swallowed my fear and weighed January 6. I had gained 6 pounds - 5 of which are GONE after water, logging and sweating! Woohoo!

Oh my gosh! Are you me?! Lol sure I'll add you!
