Nearly a year and look at me now!
So I started my weight loss journey in April 2011, right after my youngest daughter was born. I weighed 240, had high blood pressure and HATED my body. I don't know if it's been addressed yet - but what will we consider a "sugary treat" for this challenge? Just wondering as I FINALLY printed out the stuff and looked it over.
