I've been throwing about a cup of fresh spinach into my berry smoothies and I can't tell it's there AT ALL. :) It's a sneaky way to get some green in for breakfast. :)

This might have just changed my life forever! ;) Very cool, thanks for sharing!

I lost about 70lbs doing WW two years ago but have since gained half back. I wanted to give MFP a shot first. I'm about a week in on MFP and really like it. The community seems more active and counting calories really keeps you honest. I never liked how fruits and veg didn't count on WW. I also prefer seeing more detailed…

Maybe I'm weird, but I really could care less about movie theater popcorn? It's too salty and bleck. I usually smuggle a big bottle of water and a pack of junior mints in. I have also done SLICED apples before..much quieter than trying to eat a whole one. ;)

I quit soda about 2 years ago. It has been one of the easiest life changes, honestly. I used to drink diet soda every day in the afternoon for a "pick me up." All it did was intensify my sweet cravings! Now - I drink mainly water or unsweet tea. If I feel like I need the fizz, I'll grab a Perrier and squeeze some lemon…

I might be more quirky than geeky. I get really excited for: Epic book adventures (Game of Thrones, LOTR, Harry Potter, etc etc etc) Doctor Who Zombie related anything Any sort of "geeky" show or movie Used to game but I became that episode of Big Bang theory where Penny discovered Age of Conan, not good. Less geeky things…

I agree with most of the other posters..Almond Milk is by far my favorite alternative. My favorite brand has always been Almond Breeze. I am lactose sensitive..so I can still have SOME dairy. If you're really jonesing for dairy, you may try greek yogurt or hard cheeses (like parmesan)..those have the least amount of…

The broiler is my best friend. Certain veggies like asparagus, broccoli and butternut squash are especially tasty tossed in a tiny amount of olive oil, sprinkled with a little kosher salt and black pepper and broiled until tender. Dangit..now I'm hungry.

I've done different variations of healthy "egg muffins.." Google it and check out some recipes. I'll make them on Sunday and eat them warmed up or cold in the mornings before work. I also have made breakfast smoothies that keep me full for hours. I usually blend up a cup of strawberries, a banana, a cup of almond milk and…

Feel free to add me! I just started getting serious again this week. We can do it!

You will have ups and downs! Are you eating your calorie limits? Make sure not to dip below what MFP recommends...your body NEEDS nutrition! Also, it could be a variety of things..you could be gaining muscle (which is GOOD), you could be retaining water...etc etc. Just keep at it. Remember, you are so much healthier doing…

I am a "second time around" newbie! :) I did and completed C25K two summers ago and ran in a few 5ks. Life happened and I dropped running (boo!). I'm getting ready to start it up again, so feel free to add me! I'd say running was the most challenging and rewarding things I've ever done!

Feel free to add me! I'm looking to lose about 60lbs and keep it off! :)

I have a reminder set in my Outlook calendar every hour to get up and go for a quick walk. I am not sure how large your office is, but I also make it a point to use the restroom on different floors, as well as refilling my water on different floors - and (obviously) taking the stairs! I feel like those little things make a…

Feel free to add me! I'm 27 and am ready to rock my goal weight before 30. I have about 60lbs to lose too and just restarted this week!

I'd also recommend picking up a class schedule, and maybe try a few classes. Personally, I get boooooored working on just machines. Classes will help you meet people and it's usually a good guided work out! I have also really liked using the Nike Personal Trainer app. You can put in your goals and it will give you a new…

Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk is pretty tasty, in my opinion. I think it takes a little while to get used to, but I haven't had cow's milk in about a year and I don't miss it! :) (Also, almond milk is super tasty in smoothies!)

Same here! You can't fail if you don't quit! :) Feel free to add me, I'm looking for supportive weight loss buddies too! :)

I got my first (and currently only, hehe) tattoo last November. It's a gorgeous watercolor phoenix on the inside of my right ankle. My artist managed to make it feminine and badass as the same time..I love it. I decided to get it after I filed for divorce. I've been through a lot in my life and wanted to be able to look at…

Two quotes I try to remind myself of.. "The first step is the hardest!" and "You can't fail if you don't quit!" Small steps eventually add up, keep going and celebrate the small stuff! :)
