Well my BMR is 1485.55 what does that mean and my TDEE is 2294 what do I do now to Know how many calories I should be having. Any ideas

I never exercised as my job is mainly sitting then eating the wrong foods and snacking so the longer the better as it will stay off normally I do quick fixes then put it all on and more so trying to do as a lifestyle change rather than dieting. Thanks for that will take a look at it. Nikki x
