Judging by the results I've seen online it appears significant fat loss happens on this program (of course provided you are following a healthy eating program). You can do the Lean Beast schedule and add in your own cardio on top of what is in the program if desired.

I love DDP yoga. I use it along with weight lifting for most of my exercise. I have joint issues and it really reduces pain and increases mobility.

I have that same issue with the Zumba Rush on Xbox Kinect. I think it way overestimates calories burned. I feel like I'm working hard but not 900+ calories in 50 minutes hard. Are you looking to strictly measure hydration or is your goal to increase water intake in the absence of additives, preservatives, and other "junk" found in other sources of liquid intake? Making sure your urine is clear or pale yellow is a good rule of thumb (as several have said as did the article link posted for myths/facts). I only count water. I don't count my coffee which is the only other beverage that I drink on a regular basis (half a cup twice daily).
