My usual breakfast is a protein (Greek yogurt, peanut butter, nuts, or eggs), carbs (wheat crackers, oats, granola, or toast), fruit and/or juice, and skim milk. I usually spend about an hour to two hours picking at my plate until I've eaten everything if I can't finish it all in the first sitting. Not eating what I put on my plate is just cheating myself out of nutrients I need.

I tried it for the first time today... I couldn't even get through all of level one even though I can easily curl and press more than 5 pound weights. I think I'm going to go for a run and try harder tomorrow. I'm really hopeful for my results seeing what everyone's posted here. :D
