I'm a college student, too! :D I also work part time :\ which makes things tough [some days I'm so busy I forget to eat meals let alone go work out] and stress and/or social eating is a big thing for a college kid... Overall I need to lose about 60-70 lbs, but I'm making myself take it slow and doing 10-20 lbs increment goals. I think that helps more because you feel less pressure of "Oh my god I have that much more to go."

Hi there! I've actually just been diagnosed with MS because I had a fit of optic neuritis recently that showed the brain lesions- I'd like to know more about how you coped/lived with it thus far because I know I gained a lot of weight from the medication/inability to work out.

I think you're off to a pretty good start! As for the protein- I would be careful with whey protein because if you're not doing intense exercises (let's say spending at least 1 hr at the gym 3x/wk doing some SERIOUS weight lifting) it can actually be detrimental to your health. Taking it 3x/wk is plenty to help you recover…
