See I'm not normally that bad I have no problem saying no but I liked the nutrition assessment and I was going to start on USN diet fuel anyway but this looks better.

I know he got loads of samples apparently as well but it was all gone haha I think I'm just too soft!

I know this is an old post but it comes up on Google when you search Shakeology UK. Basically Shakeology is a meal replacement drink. USN do something called Diet Fuel that would be a suitable replacement.

I used to weigh myself weekly but got disheartened when it went up so now use fitness as my measure but weigh in and do measurement once a month just to keep a record.

I could do with a few more friends
