During the 30 day shred i would eat a healthy bowl of cereal for breakfast along with a fruit, a salad for lunch, then usually an apple or something healthy for a snack and red meat with steamed veggies and rice for dinner. Strictly water throughout the day :)

and yes, i did eat back the calories, but not all the time.

Honestly I started noticing a difference at the second level. I was just tired and over worked the first level!

Yes, this was all 30 day shred. I actually didn't have any rest days but during the last week of level 2 i had about a 4 day period i stopped because of no babysitter lol. I ran maybe once or twice throughout and did some walking. Throughout the whole thing i maintained a very healthy diet. :) good luck

Good luck!! I am on Level 3 day 4. I remember I could not even walk the first few days!!! lol it gets easier and you will see a difference !!
