Look into new Tennis Shoes, I had my knee wrapped with icy hot on for most of level 1, finally bought new Tennis Shoes with arch support, made a huge difference!!!

You can do this! I am on day 4 of level 3 today, I still have to do modified moves but it works! I measured myself today, I've lost a total of 9" in my mid section! 4.5" = Waiste, 2.5 = hips and 2.0 = at belly button. I have missed 3 days total, I don't do double the next day - don't think I could! If I miss a day during the 10 days, it takes me 11 days to complete. More power to you if you can double it up!! :-)

I am still here! I am on day 3 of level 3, started a little before everyone else. I measured today, I have lost 9" total from my waiste, hips and at my belly button! I am happy so far with the results! If I can do this, anyone can! Keep it up!! :happy:

I make a smoothie every morning, it's usually enough to drink throughout the morning. I put about 2 cups of spinach, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup coconut milk. I'm 5'2" and 3/4" (always got to add that in!) I started MFP at the beginning of the year at 160, I've lost 11lbs. Logging my calories has really helped me out, I changed my macros to higher protein/good fat and less carbs which I find easier for me.
