  • I lost about 10 pounds at the beginning of the year and really got back into the gym/exercise and felt determined I was going to get in shape for my holiday in September. I then got ill, nothing too serious, but I was off work for a week and I ate lots of treats "because I'm ill so I deserve it" and didn't move much.…
  • Sweet and salted popcorn is my favourite healthier snack, although I've found I have to buy the individual packs because if I buy the big bags, I'll easily eat it all in one sitting!
