Ah yes I see now. Logging exercise in MFP will then log it in Fitbit as well, thus there will be no double counting.

I think the best way to use any of the Fitbits is to just wear it all day and allow it to be the source of calories burned. If you are doing an exercise that does not count calories well with the Fitbit device you have (swimming, circuits, cycling etc.) then enter this as an activity in the fitbit website or app. Entering…
