I was on the patch and chewing spearmint gum. I had tried every other nicotine replacement gum, lozenge, and the cravings increased...but I finally quit it has been 3+ years the patch and spearmint gum worked well for me.:drinker:

You could do body weight exercises and use a chair for dips and other things. Pushups are a great way to tone up.

I looked at your food diary and it looks like there may not be much you can do because you don't eat a whole lot of sugary stuff. So unless you are dieabetic or on the verge I wouldn't worry about it. You seem to be doing ok on your calories and thats what helps for weight loss.

I had gotten tattoos when I was much smaller and they have not lost shape as the weight crept on so I don't see why they would get distorted with weight loss.:tongue:

I agree with bathsheba toss the junk and one splurge meal a week. Also try limiting how much you drink on Friday night and have a glass of water in between drinks, I found that if I drink too much the next day I crave greasy junk food. Wine is also a decent drink and good for you in moderation. As for not being able to…
