Ran for a year and never liked it in fact I hate it and cannot figure out why people love it but I started biking and love that I love that I can just hop on my bike and go for miles I have run errands on my bike during the summer and wear my daughter out in the process. I started at the end of Dec. lost 12lbs and 0 sizes. So I don't think that those ads are for real or at least healthy. So yeah its gonna be slow be patient you will get there don't be in a big hurry.

Raw egg could=samonella. Do you rember the huge egg recall in 2010 I think it was because people were getting sick from eggs not getting cooked enough or properly. Raw whole egg and raw egg whites are just a bad idea.

I weigh everyday it is my motivation and I don't let the ups mess with my head. I know that weight flucuates on a daily basis also on a monthly basis as well when the hormones like to go screwy with TOM.

I'm one of those that sing while on the treadmill (good thing I don't go to a gym)...but the reason why I do that is to try to control my breathing kinda like calling cadence in boot while on the morning run. But on the other hand when I did go to the gym I didn't pay attention to anyone else there.

Google BMR caculator...it will help imensly I found that MFP shoots out a number that is below BMR at least it did for me. Or you can search In place of a roadmap by helloitsdan. Google bmr (basic metabolic reqirements) calculator that should give you a calculator to do that and calculate your tdee(total daily energy expenditure. I am 5'3"165 and losing weight like crazy at 1800 net...lightly active.

You figure out what will work by trial and error. Play around with your calories and you will find out what works for you. Losing inches is awesome more so than losing weight. It means you are gaining muscle yay for muscle because it burns more than fat. So keep up the good work.

I agree I stop eating when I sleep...I also heard from a personal trainer that it does not matter what time you stop eating just that you eat when you are hungry. He also eats a large meal right before bed and he is built like a brick.

My Allergies are year round and I found that exercising with allergies helps alleviate the severity of them. So yes I would say go exercise with your allergies it really helps.

My feet. Because even though I stand on them all day at work I can still come home and jump on the treadmill with realitive ease. And chase around my dog and daughter.
