How would we know enough to help you? We have no information whatsoever about you, and your diary is closed.... not sure how we can help.0
-
We would need to know some information:
How much, what kind, how frequent your exercise is
Gender (to help identify calorie requirements), possibly height
What's your current calorie goal
and how close are you to hitting it most days?0 -
Not enough info.0

What they said....... :drinker:0

Are you really 28 years old?0

Sorry just realized there's settings now it's open sorry. Kinda new to this. I lost over 150 lbs in the last few years and kept if off not just trying to loss the last 40 or so and it's been abit harder. Just wanted some advice0

Looked at your diary and some days your diary and from my perspective your sodium is too high.0
-
Wow what kinda comment is that really0

I looked at the last 20 days and almost all of them you have net less than 1000 calories. That's where your problem lies. I suggest that you start reading the following thread:

Find your BMR and TDEE and try to eat between the two numbers, making sure you never fall below the BMR. Right now you have been undereating and your metabolism will slow down as it will become efficient to function with minimal calories. What is your height and weight and what is your target weight goal?0 -
5'3 220 right now want to loss about 40 already lost 1500
-
See I find it hard to eat enough or am I just working out too much just confused0
-
Wow that's so confusing0
-
So your saying I need to eat 2400 calories that makes no sense I couldn't eat that if I tried. So confused0
-
If you use the mfp method, then you need to eat your exercise calories back. If mfp puts you at ie 1250 calories daily, then if you burn 500 calories that day, you need to eat 1250+500=1750, or at least 60% of the exercise calories. You can eat peanut butter, tb olive oil, search the forum and can find many high caloric ideas to eat when you are not hungry.
For example yesterday,
You ate 1288 but due to exercise you should had eaten 1911! So it is like you ate only 600 calories for the day.0 -
So whatever I work out just eat that in calories and I should be fine just don't eat under my calorie goal then0
-
I will try it for a few weeks and see thanks0
-
The only issue is if you use the mfp database to calculate the exercise burnt, it is not very accurate. That's why you should try to eat like 65% of the exercise calories, just to be sure.0
-
Ok thanks it's my off day today so tomorrow I will try to stick to it0

Wow that's so confusing
