I don't know the difference except that with manual you would constantly be having to push yourself harder to maintain a steady speed. The only time I've seen them was 2 weeks ago on The Biggest Loser when they did their first challenge.

Oh my gosh this is one of my favorites soups EVER!!! If you're needing a few more calories for the day, you can buy baked tostitos and use the soup as dip (I tend to use less water). Super good!

I've never used wii fit, but my sister has....the first time she was playing with friends when it did the "That's Obese"....she was so embarassed, but she's started back on again this week! I'm so proud of her, and you, great job!!! Wii fit doesn't lie!
