  • Because guys are bigger already.....we go by percentage of weight lost. We did a biggest loser challenge on my campus, and a male teacher who weighs a lot more than me, lost a lot more than me. However, I had a higher percentage of weight lost, and I won!

  • I like "treat day" "goodie day" and "splurge".....they're all upbeat!! hehe!! My husband and I have an "off day" once a week (normally a weekend day). It keeps me from craving things during the week! :) good luck :)

  • Take pictures once a week. I've lost 12 pounds and didn't feel different until I looked a Day 1 pic compared to Day 35 pic...my face is HALF the size lol!! Look at my blog and click the website! That's really what's helped me along the way!
