I've had a band since 2006. I am 5'11", 225lb. I can maintain on 1800, loss slowly on 1600-1700.

I too love sweets---try dark chocolate (or a sprinkling of chocolate chips) with a TON (1 cup) of raspberries, strawberries, some light Cool Whip....tasty and pretty filling (for a dessert).
