I'm doing the 100 push-ups, 200 squats, and 200 sit-ups programs for those areas, as well as EA Active 2. I also use Hip Hop Abs when I have the room (small area to work out)

My goal weight is 120lb on my 5'4" frame. I'm all legs (like almost literally, LOL), so I don't want to lose too much weight. I'd like to keep some curves. I'm not worried about sizes in clothes because that's all subjective. One place I'm a size 9, another a size 13, another a size 5. I want my clothes to fit comfortably…
