  • if you soak them in almond milk they are soft you don't even know they are there. I put them in oatmeal and smoothies.
  • I need friends too. I am on an 8 day streak of completing my food diary, and have started a workout group through my church. I have 80 pounds to lose, I am 48, will be 49 in May, and my goal is Fit by 50!!
