I need to clean up my act. Counting calories is not the way to go for me. I lost 1 lb in 2 weeks and 1% body fat. I need help and look foward to encouraging each other.

I enjoy these: Sweet Potato (baked ahead of time). Greek Plain Yogurt with 2 tablespoons PB2 (by Bell Plantation). Brussel Sprouts with Basalmic Vinegar. or yesterday had a grapefruit that was incredible!

Yes, I go to a boot camp at the gym 5:45am! It starts the day off great and allows me to have more energy.

Add me in too! I am over 40 and looking to take off 10lbs. I lost 2lbs this week. I exercise everyday, but I really enjoy eating/snacking. I am an emotional eater (stress, boredom, kids,) Looking forward to supporting others and getting support back:)

I buy my Ezekial Bread there since it is not frozen. I also eat clean so like the others posted the store has tons of "unclean" items.
